Maria Fox is a senior leader in the police in the UK who is on a mission to radically change the story around alcohol, stigma, and addiction support in the services. Maria is also very active as a mentor in the 'This Naked Mind' world and many of you may know her from the 'Live Alcohol Experiment' where she offers a wealth of positive encouragement to participants. Not only is Maria a brave voice calling for change, but she is also incredibly informed about the impact of alcohol on our metabolism & finding a healthy weight for us as individuals.
