Lynnie McGivern: Walking the Path to Alcohol Freedom

This week our good pal, Lynnie McGivern joins us to talk about her journey through This Naked Mind's 'The Path' and how she found true freedom from alcohol. For anyone who has been considering hopping into a program for extra support on the AF journey this is one awesome podcast to tune into! Lynnie is a true inspiration and she's is destined for big things!

Lynnie’s alcohol free journey began when she joined The Alcohol Experiment™ on January 1, 2022. After
thirty days alcohol free, she was hooked on the science and wanted more. Lynnie joined the February
Path class through This Naked Mind and continues to revel in the gifts of genuine community,
friendship, and freedom. She is thrilled to be starting the November coaching program through This
Naked Mind Institute where she will embark on a journey to change the corporate culture around the
use of alcohol.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Lynnie will also focus her efforts on
empowering the community to embrace their authentic selves without the use of alcohol.
She resides in suburban Charlotte, North Carolina with her lovely wife Karry, and their AussieDoodle
Zeke. They enjoy the beauty of the outdoors, swimming with Zeke, attending concerts, traveling, and
playing a mean game of ping pong.
